What We Do

In partnership with local colleges and employers, we offer a tailored pathway that takes young people through industry-specific training via internships while still in education.

After college, we provide ongoing support through our supported self- employment model, enabling young people to transition smoothly into the workforce.

About

Don’t Dis My Ability

DDMA empowers young people to continue their learning in real-world environments, gaining hands-on experience while still receiving the vital support they need. This unique approach allows them to earn a wage, develop transferable skills, and build their confidence in the workplace.

For employers, DDMA provides the necessary guidance and resources to support young people effectively, ensuring they feel confident in their role and equipped to thrive.

We work closely with businesses to tailor the support provided, making sure it meets the needs of both the individual and the employer.

If you, your school, college, or business are interested in supporting young people through DDMA, please drop us an email, and a member of our team will be in touch. Together, we can help shape the future of young talent.
